目的：探讨分析卡孕栓联合宫缩素预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年8月至2013年3月间于我院进行正常分娩的224例产妇的临床记录资料。结果：治疗组的产后出血率为2.68%，明显低于于对照组的9.82%；具有显著性差异（P<0.05）；治疗组的第三产程时间、产后2h出血量以及产后24h出血量均明显低于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.01）；两组的收缩压、舒张压和治疗前相比，均无明显变化（P>0.05）；用药后两组的收缩压、舒张压相比，也无显著性差异（P>0.05）；治疗组的不良反应发生率为8.04%，和对照组的6.25%相比；无显著性差异（P>0.05）。结论：卡孕栓联合宫缩素预防产后出血的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토분석잡잉전연합궁축소예방산후출혈적림상료효。방법：회고성분석2010년8월지2013년3월간우아원진행정상분면적224례산부적림상기록자료。결과：치료조적산후출혈솔위2.68%，명현저우우대조조적9.82%；구유현저성차이（P<0.05）；치료조적제삼산정시간、산후2h출혈량이급산후24h출혈량균명현저우대조조，구유현저성차이（P<0.01）；량조적수축압、서장압화치료전상비，균무명현변화（P>0.05）；용약후량조적수축압、서장압상비，야무현저성차이（P>0.05）；치료조적불량반응발생솔위8.04%，화대조조적6.25%상비；무현저성차이（P>0.05）。결론：잡잉전연합궁축소예방산후출혈적림상료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate prevention value of carboprost suppositories combined oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: Clinical data of 224 cases of parturient women in our hospital from August 2010 to March 2013 were reviewed. Results: The postpartum hemorrhage rate of treatment group(2.68%) was significantly lower than that of control group(9.82%),with a significant difference (P <0.05). The third stage of labor , postpartum hemorrhage 2h and 24h postpartum hemorrhage of treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group,(P<0.01). After treatment , the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The adverse reactions rate of treatment group( 8.04%) was not significant different with that of the control group (6.25%)(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The carboprost suppositories combined oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage have significant clinical efficacy.
