目的：总结分析B超在子宫肌瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法：选择2013年1月～2013年11月期间我院门诊和住院部收治的通过B超诊断的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象，回顾分析B超在子宫肌瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中的准确性。结果：80例患者B超检查时均发现子宫底部存在强回声团，且周边界限非常清楚。67例患者在B超检查横切面或斜切面检查时可见子宫左侧角位置存在直径大小接近的强回声光团。13例患者在B超横切面和斜切面扫描时可见子宫右侧角存在大小接近的强光团回声。B超诊断42例患者肌瘤直径在5c m以下，25例患者肌瘤直径在5～9c m，13例患者肌瘤在9c m以上。手术和病理证实80例患者中69例为子宫肌瘤，B超诊断准确率为86.25%。结论：B超检查技术在子宫肌瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中均具有重要应用价值，同时具有操作简单、无痛、无创、重复性好、诊断准确率高的优势，临床值得推广使用。
목적：총결분석B초재자궁기류감별진단중적응용개치。방법：선택2013년1월～2013년11월기간아원문진화주원부수치적통과B초진단적80례자궁기류환자위연구대상，회고분석B초재자궁기류진단화감별진단중적준학성。결과：80례환자B초검사시균발현자궁저부존재강회성단，차주변계한비상청초。67례환자재B초검사횡절면혹사절면검사시가견자궁좌측각위치존재직경대소접근적강회성광단。13례환자재B초횡절면화사절면소묘시가견자궁우측각존재대소접근적강광단회성。B초진단42례환자기류직경재5c m이하，25례환자기류직경재5～9c m，13례환자기류재9c m이상。수술화병리증실80례환자중69례위자궁기류，B초진단준학솔위86.25%。결론：B초검사기술재자궁기류진단화감별진단중균구유중요응용개치，동시구유조작간단、무통、무창、중복성호、진단준학솔고적우세，림상치득추엄사용。
Objective: To investigate value of diagnosis of B-ultrasound in uterine fibroids. Methods: 80 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2013 were selected as study .The accuracy of diagnosis of B-ultrasound in uterine fibroids were reviewed. Results: when patients with B -ultrasound ,80 patients were found that there was a strong echo group at the bottom of the uterus ,67 patients with strong light echo groups at left uterine horn position,13 patients with strong light echo groups at right uterine horn position; 42 patients with fibroids diameter 5cm or less,25 patients with fibroids diameter 5cm-9cm, 13 patients with fibroids diameter 9cm or bigger;After B-ultrasound diagnostic,In 80 patients ,69 cases of uterine fibroids were confirmed with pathological y and Surgery ,with accuracy of 86.25%. Conclusion: B-ultrasound diagnosis in uterine fibroids has important value ,While with simple, painless , non-invasive , reproducible, high diagnostic accuracy advantage.
