Iohexol%Hysterosalpingography
目的：通过运用碘海醇造影剂对135例不孕女性患者行子宫输卵管造影术（H S G），探讨碘海醇造影剂的临床应用价值。方法患者膀胱截石位，采用一次性带有气囊的双腔子宫造影导管，向子宫腔推注碘海醇（300mg/ml）15ml。结果本组135例中子宫输卵管表现正常35例，占25.9%；双侧输卵管堵塞40例，占29.6%；单侧输卵管堵塞38例，占28.1%；子宫腔粘连16例，占11.8%，其中合并输卵管堵塞有7例；先天变异6例，占4.4%。结论子宫输卵管造影选择碘海醇作为造影剂时，不良反应少，安全系数高，成像速度快，能及时显示子宫、输卵管的形态，病变部位及输卵管通畅情况。

목적：통과운용전해순조영제대135례불잉녀성환자행자궁수란관조영술（H S G），탐토전해순조영제적림상응용개치。방법환자방광절석위，채용일차성대유기낭적쌍강자궁조영도관，향자궁강추주전해순（300mg/ml）15ml。결과본조135례중자궁수란관표현정상35례，점25.9%；쌍측수란관도새40례，점29.6%；단측수란관도새38례，점28.1%；자궁강점련16례，점11.8%，기중합병수란관도새유7례；선천변이6례，점4.4%。결론자궁수란관조영선택전해순작위조영제시，불량반응소，안전계수고，성상속도쾌，능급시현시자궁、수란관적형태，병변부위급수란관통창정황。
Objective To explore the iohexol contrast agents in clinical application, 135 infertile women have been treated with hysterosalpingography (HSG) through using iohexol.Technique Injecting iohexol (300mg/ml) 15ml to patients at the position of the bladder lithotomy, and the uterine catheter with a balloon to disposable uterine cavity.Outcome Among the 135 cases of this group, 35 cases of the uterine tubal have shown normal, accounting for 25.9%; 40 cases of the bilateral tubal obstruction , accounting for 29.6%; 38 cases of the unilateral tubal obstruction, accounting for 28.1%; 16 cases of the uterine cavity adhesion, accounting for 11.8%, and 7 cases among them with the obstruction of the fallopian tube; 6 cases of the congenital variation, accounting for 4.4%.Conclusion When iohexol is selected as a contrast agent in the hysterosalpingography, it has less adverse reaction, high safety coefficient, fast imaging, which can show the uterus, fallopian tube shape, site of lesion and tubal patency in time.
