目的：探讨眼科护理临床带教存在的问题及相应对策。方法回顾性分析我院近几年来眼科护理临床带教工作存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。结果通过对眼科护理临床带教存在的问题总结分析，提出相应的对策，有效提高了护理实习质量。结论加强带教人员的培训，制定周密的带教计划，强化法律法规知识学习，加强护生沟通交流能力及双向考核体系，确保眼科实习护生圆满完成实习任务。

Objective: To explore the existing problems and countermeasures during clinical teaching of ophthalmology nursing. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the existing problems during clinical teaching of ophthalmology nursing in recent years, and propose appropriate countermeasures. Results: Through the summary analysis of the existing problems during clinical teaching, propose appropriate countermeasures, improve the quality of nursing practice effectively. Conclusion: To ensure the ophthalmic nursing students complete practice tasks, we will strengthen the training of teaching staff, develop the detailed teaching plan, consolidate laws and regulations learning, strengthen the communication skills of nursing students and two-way assessment system.
