Contract nurse%performance evaluation
目的:探讨护士绩效考核在我院的实践效果。方法根据不同岗位制定护士长及护士工作绩效考核评分细则,将绩效考核管理与量化管理相结合,对护士的工作业绩进行评定,并按持续量化指标进行评先进,评奖,比较实施前后患者及其家属对护士工作的满意度、护理工作质量情况。结果自实行绩效考核以来护士工作积极性大大提高,患者及其家属满意度由原来的90%提高至95%,护理投诉明显下降。结论护士绩效考核规范了管理岗位,调动了护士的工作积极性,提高了病人的满意度。

목적:탐토호사적효고핵재아원적실천효과。방법근거불동강위제정호사장급호사공작적효고핵평분세칙,장적효고핵관리여양화관리상결합,대호사적공작업적진행평정,병안지속양화지표진행평선진,평장,비교실시전후환자급기가속대호사공작적만의도、호리공작질량정황。결과자실행적효고핵이래호사공작적겁성대대제고,환자급기가속만의도유원래적90%제고지95%,호리투소명현하강。결론호사적효고핵규범료관리강위,조동료호사적공작적겁성,제고료병인적만의도。
Objective to investigate the effect of the nurse performance evaluation in 184th hospital. Methods According to one’s post , we enacted scoring rules of performance evaluation of the head nurses and nurses. Then combined with the performance evaluation and quantitative management, we evaluated the job performance of nurses and decided the advanced ones. After that, we compared the former and the latter management by the satisfaction of patients.Results Ever since the nurse performance evaluation carried out in our hospital, the satisfaction of patients had been raised from 90% to 95%, and the complaint declined obviously. Conclusion Both of the satisfaction of patients and Working enthusiasm of nurse have been increased ever since the nurse performance evaluation carried out in our hospital.
