目的：观察米非司酮联合补佳乐在绝经后妇女取环中的效果，探讨绝经后取环的最佳方法。方法选取2010年6月～2012年5月来院取环的绝经后5年以上妇女100例，随机分成两组，50例术前使用米非司酮及补佳乐口服(观察组)，50例术前不使用药物(对照组)。结果观察组与对照组取环成功率，宫颈软化程度、出血量、不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合补佳乐用于绝经后妇女取环可改善宫颈条件，值得推广。
목적：관찰미비사동연합보가악재절경후부녀취배중적효과，탐토절경후취배적최가방법。방법선취2010년6월～2012년5월래원취배적절경후5년이상부녀100례，수궤분성량조，50례술전사용미비사동급보가악구복(관찰조)，50례술전불사용약물(대조조)。결과관찰조여대조조취배성공솔，궁경연화정도、출혈량、불량반응발생솔차이유통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론미비사동연합보가악용우절경후부녀취배가개선궁경조건，치득추엄。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mifepristone plus progynova in taking out the incontraceptive ring of postmenopause women .Method :Total 100 cases of postmenpause women more than 5 years were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 patients in each group.The treatment group received oral mifepristone and progynova ;the control group with no medicine.Results :The mission success rate, the effect on softening the uterine neck, amount of bleeding and the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mifepristone plus progynova for taking out the incontraceptibe ring of postmenopause women is a safe and effective method.
