目的：探讨分析腹腔镜手术治疗早期卵巢癌的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2010年8月至2013年8月间在我院进行治疗的52例早期卵巢癌患者的临床记录资料。结果：治疗组的术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间、下床活动时间均明显少于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.01）；治疗组的术后并发症发生率、复发率、死亡率均明显少于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗早期卵巢癌的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토분석복강경수술치료조기란소암적림상료효。방법：회고성분석2010년8월지2013년8월간재아원진행치료적52례조기란소암환자적림상기록자료。결과：치료조적술중출혈량、항문배기시간、주원시간、하상활동시간균명현소우대조조，구유현저성차이（P<0.01）；치료조적술후병발증발생솔、복발솔、사망솔균명현소우대조조，구유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：복강경수술치료조기란소암적림상료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment for early ovarian cancer. Methods: Clinical records of 52 cases of early-stage ovarian cancer in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2013 were reviewed . Results: After treatment,the blood loss , anal exhaust time , hospital stay, time of ambulation of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group , with a significant difference (P <0.01) . The incidence of postoperative complications , recurrence rate , mortality of the treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Somatostatin Early clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cancer is significant and worthy of clinical application.
