As China's overall strength on implementing engineering projects increases gradually, more and more Chinese engineering enterprises step into the international market. How to well conduct cost management and control of international engineering projects and realize the profit maximization is the problem that all the engineering enterprises stepping abroad are faced with. The writer intends to introduce how to rationally conduct cost control and management during the implementation of international engineering projects from the point of view of international EPC projects and based on the writers' own experiences.
