目的：探讨优质护理在肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)患者情绪及生活质量的效果。方法：2012年6月-2013年6月收治肺心病患者120例，作为试验组，放置优质护理示范病房，通过对患者情绪及生活质量的评估，有针对性的对患者进行有效的护理干预。2010年6月-2011年12月收治肺心病患者120例，作为对照组，不实施优质护理病房。对两组患者的情绪及生活质量进行比较。结果：试验组负性情绪发生率明显低于对照组，生活质量明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：优质护理对肺心病患者实施后，患者情绪改善明显，生活质量评分明显提高，值得临床借鉴应用。
목적：탐토우질호리재폐원성심장병(간칭폐심병)환자정서급생활질량적효과。방법：2012년6월-2013년6월수치폐심병환자120례，작위시험조，방치우질호리시범병방，통과대환자정서급생활질량적평고，유침대성적대환자진행유효적호리간예。2010년6월-2011년12월수치폐심병환자120례，작위대조조，불실시우질호리병방。대량조환자적정서급생활질량진행비교。결과：시험조부성정서발생솔명현저우대조조，생활질량명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：우질호리대폐심병환자실시후，환자정서개선명현，생활질량평분명현제고，치득림상차감응용。
Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the mood and living quality of patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods:120 cases with pulmonary heart disease were selected from June 2012 to June 2013.They were as the experimental group.They were placed in high quality nursing demonstration ward.Through the evaluation on the mood and living quality of patients,they were given effective nursing intervention.120 cases with pulmonary heart disease were selected from June 2010 to December 2011.They were as the control group.They were no placed high quality nursing demonstration ward.The mood and living quality of the two groups were compared.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence rate of negative emotion was significantly lower than that of the control group.The living quality was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing on the patients with pulmonary heart disease can obviously improve the emotion of patients.It can obviously improve the life quality score.It is worthy of clinical use.
