目的：探讨社区医院采用丹参酮治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法：2013年1月-12月收治急性脑梗死患者58例，按照入院就诊顺序随机分为观察组及对照组，每组29例，观察组给予丹参酮静滴，对照组给予血塞通联合低分子右旋糖酐静滴，各治疗半个月，观察两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率93.1%，对照组总有效率75.9%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在社区医院，急性脑梗死患者使用丹参酮静滴，临床疗效确切，安全可靠，不良反应少，值得社区医院推广并应用。

목적：탐토사구의원채용단삼동치료급성뇌경사림상료효。방법：2013년1월-12월수치급성뇌경사환자58례，안조입원취진순서수궤분위관찰조급대조조，매조29례，관찰조급여단삼동정적，대조조급여혈새통연합저분자우선당항정적，각치료반개월，관찰량조림상료효。결과：관찰조총유효솔93.1%，대조조총유효솔75.9%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재사구의원，급성뇌경사환자사용단삼동정적，림상료효학절，안전가고，불량반응소，치득사구의원추엄병응용。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tanshinone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in the community hospital.Methods:58 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected from January to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases in each.The observation group were treated with tanshinone intravenous drip.The control group were treated with Xuesaitong combined with low molecular dextran intravenous drip.They were treated for half month.The clinical curative effect of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%.The total effective rate of the control group was 75.9%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the community hospital,tanshinone intravenous drip in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has the exact clinical curative effect.It is safety and reliability,and has less adverse reaction.It is worth of promotion and application in the community hospital.
