目的：探讨全程优化护理对颈部CT动脉造影(CTA)高质量成像的影响及其意义。方法选择该院收治的颈部CTA扫描患者采用不同的方式进行护理，对照组采用常规方式护理，实验组采用全程优化护理，对护理效果进行对比分析。结果在过敏发生率方面，实验组为2.33%，显著低于对照组的13.33%；在静脉放射状伪影发生率方面，实验组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程优化护理方式可以有效提高颈部CTA图像质量降低伪影发生率。
목적：탐토전정우화호리대경부CT동맥조영(CTA)고질량성상적영향급기의의。방법선택해원수치적경부CTA소묘환자채용불동적방식진행호리，대조조채용상규방식호리，실험조채용전정우화호리，대호리효과진행대비분석。결과재과민발생솔방면，실험조위2.33%，현저저우대조조적13.33%；재정맥방사상위영발생솔방면，실험조저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론전정우화호리방식가이유효제고경부CTA도상질량강저위영발생솔。
Objective To explore the effect of whole optimization of nursing on the high-quality imaging of the neck CTA and its significance. Methods Patients underwent neck CTA scan in our hospital were given different nursing modes. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given optimized nursing throughout the whole nursing process. The nursing effect was compared and analyzed between the groups. Results The incidence of allergies of the experimental group was 2.33%, which was significantly lower than 13.33%of the control group;the incidence of venous radial artifacts of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole optimization of nursing mode can effectively improve the image quality of neck CTA and reduce the rate of radial artifacts.
