目的：探讨结核性胸腔积液患者采用中心静脉穿刺置管后的护理疗效。方法：收治结核性胸腔积液患者106例，术前进行相关护理，置管期间加强监护，置管后进一步综合护理。结果：一次性置管成功，无明显不适状况。置管后出现疼痛10例，局部红肿2例。拔出引流管后，穿刺部位皮下结节2例。所有患者胸腔积液均减少且缓解症状明显。结论：对结核性胸腔积液患者应用中心静脉穿刺置管后进行相关护理，减少了患者的生理及心理痛苦，是保证中心静脉穿刺置管取得良好效果的必要手段。
目的：探討結覈性胸腔積液患者採用中心靜脈穿刺置管後的護理療效。方法：收治結覈性胸腔積液患者106例，術前進行相關護理，置管期間加彊鑑護，置管後進一步綜閤護理。結果：一次性置管成功，無明顯不適狀況。置管後齣現疼痛10例，跼部紅腫2例。拔齣引流管後，穿刺部位皮下結節2例。所有患者胸腔積液均減少且緩解癥狀明顯。結論：對結覈性胸腔積液患者應用中心靜脈穿刺置管後進行相關護理，減少瞭患者的生理及心理痛苦，是保證中心靜脈穿刺置管取得良好效果的必要手段。
목적：탐토결핵성흉강적액환자채용중심정맥천자치관후적호리료효。방법：수치결핵성흉강적액환자106례，술전진행상관호리，치관기간가강감호，치관후진일보종합호리。결과：일차성치관성공，무명현불괄상황。치관후출현동통10례，국부홍종2례。발출인류관후，천자부위피하결절2례。소유환자흉강적액균감소차완해증상명현。결론：대결핵성흉강적액환자응용중심정맥천자치관후진행상관호리，감소료환자적생리급심리통고，시보증중심정맥천자치관취득량호효과적필요수단。
Objective:To study the nursing efficacy of central venipucture and catheterization in patients with tuberculous pleural effusion.Methods:106 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were selected.The related nursing was given before operation.The guardianship was strengthened during placing catheter.The comprehensive nursing was further after placing catheter.Results:All patients were disposable catheterization success and no obvious discomfort condition.After placing catheter,10 cases occurred the pain,2 cases occurred local swelling.After pulling out the drainage tube,2 cases occurred puncture subcutaneous nodules.In all patients,the pleural effusions were reduced and the symptoms were alleviate obviously.Conclusion:After central venipucture and catheterization in patients with tuberculous pleural effusion,the related nursing reduced physiological and psychological suffering of patients,is the necessary technique to ensure central venous puncture catheter to obtain good results.
