目的:分析血液检验在临床贫血鉴别诊断中应用的价值。方法:收治贫血患者80例,按照贫血类型不同分为地中海贫血组和缺铁性贫血组,对两组的血液均采用 KX-21全自动血液分析仪进行分析,并对两组血液检验RDW、MCV、MCH以及MCHC等指标进行观察分析。结果:地中海贫血组在MCHC指标检测结果上高于缺铁性贫血组,在RDW和MCV指标检测结果上低于缺铁性贫血组,经统计学处理均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,而两组在MCH水平的比较上P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。地中海贫血组血液检测灵敏度、特异性以及符合率分别为95%、66%、76%,缺铁性贫血组血液检测灵敏度、特异性以及符合率分别为96%、69%、78%。结论:血液检验在临床贫血鉴别诊断中能够为贫血类型的确定提供诊断依据,且诊断具有可靠性。

Objective:To analyze the application value of blood test in the differential diagnosis of clinical anemia.Methods:80 patients with anemia were selected.They were divided into the thalassemia group and the iron deficiency anemia group according to different types of anemia.The blood of the two groups were analyzed by using KX-21 automatic blood analyzer.The RDW,MCV, MCH and MCHC index of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The detection result of MCHC index of the thalassemia group was higher than that of the iron deficiency anemia group.The detection results of RDW and MCV index were lower than these of the iron deficiency anemia group.The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The difference between the level of MCH of the two group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The blood detection sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the thalassemia group were 95% ,66% ,76% .The blood detection sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the iron deficiency anemia group were 96% ,69% ,78% .Conclusion:In the differential diagnosis of clinical anemia,the blood test can provide a diagnostic basis for determining the type of anemia,and the diagnosis is reliable.
