目的：探讨多层螺旋CT对诊断急性胸主动脉夹层的临床意义。方法：2012年3月-2013年12月收治主动脉夹层患者35例，均采用多层螺旋CT进行扫描检查。结果：本组35例患者经过多层螺旋CT确诊主动脉夹层动脉瘤，均可以清晰地看到破口和内膜瓣，内膜瓣的 CT 影像表现为低密度线样状，临床分型Ⅰ型5例，Ⅱ型2例，Ⅲ型28例。血管腔被内膜瓣分为真腔和假腔，有10例患者可见附壁血栓。结论：多层螺旋CT可以快速、及时、准确地诊断急性胸主动脉夹层，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토다층라선CT대진단급성흉주동맥협층적림상의의。방법：2012년3월-2013년12월수치주동맥협층환자35례，균채용다층라선CT진행소묘검사。결과：본조35례환자경과다층라선CT학진주동맥협층동맥류，균가이청석지간도파구화내막판，내막판적 CT 영상표현위저밀도선양상，림상분형Ⅰ형5례，Ⅱ형2례，Ⅲ형28례。혈관강피내막판분위진강화가강，유10례환자가견부벽혈전。결론：다층라선CT가이쾌속、급시、준학지진단급성흉주동맥협층，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute thoracic aortic dissection.Methods:35 patients with aortic dissection were selected from March 2012 to December 2013.They were checked with multislice spiral CT scan.Results:35 patients in this group were made a definite diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm by multi slice spiral CT.The break and intimal flap could clearly be seen.Intimal flap CT images showed low density line like in shape.5 cases were type Ⅰof clinical classification,2 cases were type Ⅱ,28 cases were type Ⅲ.Vascular cavity was divided into true and false lumen by intimal flap.10 patients could be seen lateral thrombus.Conclusion:Multi slice spiral CT can quickly,timely, accurate diagnosis of acute thoracic aortic dissection,it is worth of the clinical promotion.
