目的:探讨岗前情景模拟培训的开展在护生实习培训中的应用效果及体会。方法选取实习护生200名,分为观察组100名和对照组100名,,观察组护生采用岗前模拟情景教学模式进行培训,对照组的护生采用传统临床带教方法,比较两组护生实习的综合考核成绩及带教老师满意度,出科成绩。结果两组比较统计学差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论岗前情景模拟教学模式能够充分调动护生实习的积极性,降低护生临床恐惧感,增强自信心,提高护理技能,树立正确人生观,护生的学习成绩明显提高,顺利完成从学校向社会过渡的关键期,深化对基础理论知识的掌握。

Objective:Please post simulation training on nursing students application training in practice and experience. Methods: selected 200 nursing students, divided into the observation group 100 and control group 100, observation group, nursing students using pre job training simulation scene teaching mode, the control group of nursing students using the traditional clinical teaching method, compared two groups of nursing students practice examination and teaching the teacher satisfaction, nursing results and nursing students' satisfaction. Results: there was statistical significance significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: the pre simulation teaching mode can ful y mobilize the enthusiasm of student nurses, reduce the nursing students' clinical sense of fear, enhance self-confidence, improve nursing skil s, set up the correct outlook on life, students' performance improved significantly, the successful completion of the critical period of transition from school to society, deepening to grasp the basic theory of knowledge.
