目的：探讨和分析舒适护理在血液透析护理服务中的运用和护理效果。方法对该院收治的长期血液透析患者118例，分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施舒适护理，比较两组患者的舒适度、并发症的发生率、焦虑、抑郁的情况及护理质量的满意度。结果观察组患者的舒适度、护理质量的满意度显著高于对照组，并发症的发生率、SDS、SAS评分显著低于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论运用舒适护理模式，能够体现了以人为本的护理内涵，提高了护理服务的质量水平，舒适护理有利于减轻血液透析患者的负性情绪和并发症，提高舒适度和满意度。
목적：탐토화분석서괄호리재혈액투석호리복무중적운용화호리효과。방법대해원수치적장기혈액투석환자118례，분위관찰조화대조조，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상실시서괄호리，비교량조환자적서괄도、병발증적발생솔、초필、억욱적정황급호리질량적만의도。결과관찰조환자적서괄도、호리질량적만의도현저고우대조조，병발증적발생솔、SDS、SAS평분현저저우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론운용서괄호리모식，능구체현료이인위본적호리내함，제고료호리복무적질량수평，서괄호리유리우감경혈액투석환자적부성정서화병발증，제고서괄도화만의도。
Objective To investigate and analyze the application and effect with comfort care in hemodialysis patients. Methods 118 cases of chronic hemodialysis patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group received routine care, the observation group received comfort care based on the control group.To compare comfort, the incidence of complications, anxiety and depression situations and satisfaction with the quality of care. Results The patients of the observation group had better comfort and higher satisfaction with the quality of care but lower incidence of complications and SDS, SAS scores than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion To use comfort care model can reflect the people-centered care connotation, improve the level of quality care.The comfort care can reduce negative emotions and complications, improve comfort and satisfaction of hemodialysis patients.
