目的：比较干预前后腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术围手术期抗菌药物应用情况，促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法随机抽取干预前后各100份腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术病历进行分析比较，对抗菌药物品种、给药时机、用药疗程、费用等进行统计。结果干预后，疝囊高位结扎术抗菌药物预防率由干预前的94%变为0%，平均住院总费用减少109.37元，而并发症和医院感染并未发生。结论通过行政干预，我院腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术抗菌药物应用已达到抗菌药物临床应用专项整治要求。
목적：비교간예전후복강경산낭고위결찰술위수술기항균약물응용정황，촉진림상합리사용항균약물。방법수궤추취간예전후각100빈복강경산낭고위결찰술병력진행분석비교，대항균약물품충、급약시궤、용약료정、비용등진행통계。결과간예후，산낭고위결찰술항균약물예방솔유간예전적94%변위0%，평균주원총비용감소109.37원，이병발증화의원감염병미발생。결론통과행정간예，아원복강경산낭고위결찰술항균약물응용이체도항균약물림상응용전항정치요구。
OBJECTIVE: to compare the pre intervention, post laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac during peri operation period of application of antimicrobial agents, to promote the clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. METHODS: randomly selected before intervention, after the 100 laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac were compared, carry on the <br> statistics of antibiotics, medication time, treatment duration, cost etc.RESULTS: after the intervention, the high ligation of hernial sac of preventive antibacterial rate from 94%before intervention to 0%, the average total cost of hospitalization was reduced by 109.37 yuan, while the infectious complications and the hospital did not occur. CONCLUSION:through administrative intervention, our hospital laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac application of antibiotics has reached the clinical application of antibacterial drugs special rectification requirements.
