目的:探讨饮食干预对高血压患者血压控制的效果。方法将140例高血压患者随机的分为干预组和对照组,每组各70例,两组均遵医嘱服药,对照组常规护理,干预组进行饮食干预。结果干预组的血压控制情况优52例,良11例,差7例,血压控制率为90%;对照组优14例,良22例,差34例,血压控制率为51.4%。干预组的血压控制效果明显优于对照组。结论医护人员及其家属通过对患者饮食的干预能有效的控制高血压,因此护理人员应加强对高血压患者的饮食干预。

목적:탐토음식간예대고혈압환자혈압공제적효과。방법장140례고혈압환자수궤적분위간예조화대조조,매조각70례,량조균준의촉복약,대조조상규호리,간예조진행음식간예。결과간예조적혈압공제정황우52례,량11례,차7례,혈압공제솔위90%;대조조우14례,량22례,차34례,혈압공제솔위51.4%。간예조적혈압공제효과명현우우대조조。결론의호인원급기가속통과대환자음식적간예능유효적공제고혈압,인차호리인원응가강대고혈압환자적음식간예。
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary intervention on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients. Methods 140 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 70 cases in each group, the two groups were prescribed medication, the control group was given conventional nursing, diet intervention group. Results the blood pressure of intervention group were excellent in 52 cases, good in 11 cases, poor in 7 cases, blood pressure control rate was 90%; the control group 14 cases of excellent, good in 22 cases, poor in 34 cases, blood pressure control rate was 51.4%. The effect of blood pressure control intervention group was better than control group. Conclusion medical personnel and their families can control hypertension effectively to patients through dietary intervention, so that nursing staff should strengthen the diet intervention on hypertension patients.
