目的：探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法对29例股骨远端骨折患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果29例患者均获随访，随访时间16～30个月（平均20.5个月）。所有患者均获得骨性愈合，无内固定松动、断裂、骨折不愈合、畸形愈合等并发症发生。按照H S S膝关节功能评分标准，优19例，良8例，可2例，优良率93.1%。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨远端骨折具有固定可靠、骨折愈合率、膝关节功能恢复好等优点，是治疗股骨远端骨折的一种有效方法。
목적：탐토쇄정강판내고정치료고골원단골절적림상료효。방법대29례고골원단골절환자채용쇄정강판내고정치료。결과29례환자균획수방，수방시간16～30개월（평균20.5개월）。소유환자균획득골성유합，무내고정송동、단렬、골절불유합、기형유합등병발증발생。안조H S S슬관절공능평분표준，우19례，량8례，가2례，우량솔93.1%。결론쇄정강판내고정치료고골원단골절구유고정가고、골절유합솔、슬관절공능회복호등우점，시치료고골원단골절적일충유효방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation with locking plates for distal femoral fractures. Methods 29 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with locking plates. Results 29 cases were fol owed up for 16~30 months (mean 20.5 months), al cases reached bony union. There were no complications such as implant fracture, loosing, nonunion or malunion occured. According to HSS score, the results were excellent in 19 cases, good in 8, and fair in 2. the excellence and good rate was 93.1%. Conclusion Using locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of distal femoral fractures has advantages of stabilized fixation, high bony union rate and good knee function.
