目的：探讨Ⅲ型胃类癌的临床表现、内镜特征、病理特点和治疗方法，以提高Ⅲ型胃类癌的早期诊治疗水平。方法对本院确诊的40例Ⅲ型胃类癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析总结。结果本组Ⅲ型胃类癌患者以消化系统症状和出血或转移等肿瘤相关症状为主要临床表现，内镜下表现为半球形或息肉样，表面常伴有充血、糜烂等，触之质硬，常单个存在。行内镜治疗28例，行胃大部切除术治疗7例，发生肝转移采取化疗姑息治疗3例，死于广泛转移2例。结论Ⅲ型胃类癌早期无特异表现，内镜检查及病检是早期诊断的关键。早期正确判断胃类癌类型，有助于正确选择治疗方法，提高患者生存率。
목적：탐토Ⅲ형위유암적림상표현、내경특정、병리특점화치료방법，이제고Ⅲ형위유암적조기진치료수평。방법대본원학진적40례Ⅲ형위유암환자적림상자료진행회고성분석총결。결과본조Ⅲ형위유암환자이소화계통증상화출혈혹전이등종류상관증상위주요림상표현，내경하표현위반구형혹식육양，표면상반유충혈、미란등，촉지질경，상단개존재。행내경치료28례，행위대부절제술치료7례，발생간전이채취화료고식치료3례，사우엄범전이2례。결론Ⅲ형위유암조기무특이표현，내경검사급병검시조기진단적관건。조기정학판단위유암류형，유조우정학선택치료방법，제고환자생존솔。
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations Ⅲ gastric carcinoid tumors, endoscopic features, pathological features and treatment methods to improve early diagnosis treatment level Ⅲ gastric carcinoid tumors. Endoscopic treatment of 28 cases, the line gastrectomy 7 patients, liver metastases take pal iative chemotherapy in 3 cases, 2 cases died of extensive metastasis. Conclusion: Early Ⅲ gastric carcinoid no specific performance, endoscopy and pathology is the key to early diagnosis. Early gastric carcinoid type the correct judgment, the correct choice of treatment methods to help improve patient survival.
