目的：探讨护理干预措施对脑出血患者并发症发生率的影响。方法筛选自2013年1月2013年12月期间收治的300例脑出血患者，按照入院顺序前150例患者提供常规护理（对照组），后入院的150例患者采用综合护理干预措施（干预组），对比两组患者不同护理模式下脑出血并发症发生率以及患者满意度。结果对照组便秘21例，呼吸道感染19例，压疮2例，尿路感染1例，下肢深静脉血栓1例，并发症发生率29.33%（44/150），患者总满意度74.67%（112/150）；干预组患者便秘4例，呼吸道感染5例，并发症发生率6%（9/150），患者总满意度91.33%（137/150），两组数据对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预措施的实施对脑出血患者并发症的发生有显著的抑制作用，帮助患者快速恢复回归社会，值得临床推广和应用。
목적：탐토호리간예조시대뇌출혈환자병발증발생솔적영향。방법사선자2013년1월2013년12월기간수치적300례뇌출혈환자，안조입원순서전150례환자제공상규호리（대조조），후입원적150례환자채용종합호리간예조시（간예조），대비량조환자불동호리모식하뇌출혈병발증발생솔이급환자만의도。결과대조조편비21례，호흡도감염19례，압창2례，뇨로감염1례，하지심정맥혈전1례，병발증발생솔29.33%（44/150），환자총만의도74.67%（112/150）；간예조환자편비4례，호흡도감염5례，병발증발생솔6%（9/150），환자총만의도91.33%（137/150），량조수거대비차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론호리간예조시적실시대뇌출혈환자병발증적발생유현저적억제작용，방조환자쾌속회복회귀사회，치득림상추엄화응용。
Objective: To discuss the impact of nursing intervention on occurrence rate of complications of cerebral hemorrhage. Method: 300 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were chosen. According to admission order, the former 150 patients were given routine nursing (control group) while the latter 150 patients were given comprehensive nursing intervention (intervention group). Occurrence rates of complications and satisfaction rates of patients of the 2 groups under different nursing methods were compared. Result: In control group, there were 21 cases of constipation, 19 cases of respiratory tract infection, 2 cases of pressure sores, 1 case of urinary tract infection and 1 case of lower limb deep vein thrombus, its occurrence rate of complications was 29.33% (44/150) and satisfaction rate of patients was 74.67% (112/150). In intervention group, there were 4 cases of constipation, 5 cases of respiratory tract infection, its occurrence rate of complications was 6% (9/150) and satisfaction rate of patients was 91.33% (137/150), P<0.05. Conclusion: Nursing intervention has a significant inhibiting effect on occurrence of complications of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and it can help patients recover and return to society soon, so it is worth of being popularized and applied in clinical work.
