目的：总结新生儿肺透明膜病应用CPAP的护理经验，提高鼻塞式CPAP通气治疗效果。方法对72例新生儿透明膜病行呼吸机辅助通气治疗进行护理经验总结。结果治愈65例，因经济原因放弃治疗3例，因原发病死亡4例。结论严密观察病情，及时正确处理呼吸机报警状态，加强呼吸道管理及消毒隔离工作，做好各项基础护理是保证呼吸机治疗新生儿透明膜病成功的关键。
목적：총결신생인폐투명막병응용CPAP적호리경험，제고비새식CPAP통기치료효과。방법대72례신생인투명막병행호흡궤보조통기치료진행호리경험총결。결과치유65례，인경제원인방기치료3례，인원발병사망4례。결론엄밀관찰병정，급시정학처리호흡궤보경상태，가강호흡도관리급소독격리공작，주호각항기출호리시보증호흡궤치료신생인투명막병성공적관건。
To summarize the experience of nursing of neonatal hyaline membrane disease by CPAP, improve the therapeutic effect of nasal ventilation CPAP. Methods: 72 cases of neonatal hyaline membrane disease underwent mechanical ventilation therapy was to summarize the experience of nursing. Results: 65 cases were cured, 3 cases gave up treatment because of economic reasons, died of primary disease in 4 cases. Conclusion: close observation, timely and correct treatment of ventilator alarm status, strengthening management of respiratory tract and disinfection and isolation work, do a good job in the basic nursing is the key to ensure ventilation in treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease of success.
