目的：考察钩藤总生物碱缓释滴丸的制备工艺。方法正交试验法优选钩藤总生物碱缓释滴丸成型的最佳工艺条件。结果以药物与基质的比例为1：2，硬脂酸与PEG6000的比例为1：4，料温为70℃，滴速为45滴/min为最佳工艺条件。结论优选的滴丸制备方法简便，工艺可行。
목적：고찰구등총생물감완석적환적제비공예。방법정교시험법우선구등총생물감완석적환성형적최가공예조건。결과이약물여기질적비례위1：2，경지산여PEG6000적비례위1：4，료온위70℃，적속위45적/min위최가공예조건。결론우선적적환제비방법간편，공예가행。
Objective:To study the Preparation of sustained-release dropping pil s of Rhynchophyl a total alkaloids.Methods: Orthogonal design was applied to optimize the formula of sustained-release dropping pil s of Rhynchophyl a total alkaloids.Results: The best condition was as fol ows: the proportion of drug- matrix 1:2, the proportion of stearic acid -PEG6000 1:4,temperature:70℃, dripping speed:45d/min. Conclusion: The Preparation of sustained-release dropping pil s of Rhynchophyl a total alkaloids are convenient,feasible.
