目的:考察钩藤总生物碱缓释滴丸的制备工艺。方法正交试验法优选钩藤总生物碱缓释滴丸成型的最佳工艺条件。结果以药物与基质的比例为1:2,硬脂酸与PEG6000的比例为1:4,料温为70℃,滴速为45滴/min为最佳工艺条件。结论优选的滴丸制备方法简便,工艺可行。
目的:攷察鉤籐總生物堿緩釋滴汍的製備工藝。方法正交試驗法優選鉤籐總生物堿緩釋滴汍成型的最佳工藝條件。結果以藥物與基質的比例為1:2,硬脂痠與PEG6000的比例為1:4,料溫為70℃,滴速為45滴/min為最佳工藝條件。結論優選的滴汍製備方法簡便,工藝可行。
목적:고찰구등총생물감완석적환적제비공예。방법정교시험법우선구등총생물감완석적환성형적최가공예조건。결과이약물여기질적비례위1:2,경지산여PEG6000적비례위1:4,료온위70℃,적속위45적/min위최가공예조건。결론우선적적환제비방법간편,공예가행。
Objective:To study the Preparation of sustained-release dropping pil s of Rhynchophyl a total alkaloids.Methods: Orthogonal design was applied to optimize the formula of sustained-release dropping pil s of Rhynchophyl a total alkaloids.Results: The best condition was as fol ows: the proportion of drug- matrix 1:2, the proportion of stearic acid -PEG6000 1:4,temperature:70℃, dripping speed:45d/min. Conclusion: The Preparation of sustained-release dropping pil s of Rhynchophyl a total alkaloids are convenient,feasible.
