目的：探讨胃肠道手术后胃瘫病人的治疗护理。方法对2010年1月-2012年8月，对35例行胃肠道手术后出现功能性胃瘫的病例进行护理经验的总结分析。结果35例患者经过7-15天非手术治疗和护理而治愈出院。结论胃肠道手术后出现功能性胃瘫，只要及早发现并得到及时治疗和护理，可完全治愈。
목적：탐토위장도수술후위탄병인적치료호리。방법대2010년1월-2012년8월，대35례행위장도수술후출현공능성위탄적병례진행호리경험적총결분석。결과35례환자경과7-15천비수술치료화호리이치유출원。결론위장도수술후출현공능성위탄，지요급조발현병득도급시치료화호리，가완전치유。
objective to explore the nursing care of patients with gastric paralysis after gastrointestinal surgery patients. Methods from January 2009 to April 2012,35 cases patients of routine functional gastric paralysis after gastrointestinal surgery were analysis in nursing experience summary. Results 35 cases patients were cured after 7 to 15 days non-surgical treatment and high quality of care . Conclusion functional gastric paralysis after intestinal surgery , which were found early stage and diagnosis in time as long as get timely treatment and proper nursing, can be completely cured.
