目的:探讨MRI评价壁虎活性成分BH1273209对小鼠CT-26结肠癌移植瘤疗效的价值。方法建立小鼠CT-26结肠癌移植瘤模型,一周后筛选成瘤均匀的30只荷瘤鼠随机分为A组、B组和C组,分别给予壁虎活性成分150mg/kg、5-氟尿嘧啶20mg/kg 和0.9生理盐水10ml/kg,每天一次。14天后行MRI检查,肿瘤行HE染色。结果 MRI:肿瘤呈不均匀长T1、长T2信号。A组肿瘤DWI信号强度(594.2±119.23)和B组肿瘤(594.4±95.54)无明显差异(P>0.05),均较C组肿瘤(997.1±112.62)明显降低( P<0.05)。A组肿瘤(0.0009±0.00012) m m2/s 和B组肿瘤组织A D C值(0.00089±0.0001)无明显差异( P>0.01),均较C组肿瘤(0.0004±0.0002) m m2/s明显增高( P<0.01)。H E结果:A组和B组肿瘤细胞核固缩,碎裂;C组肿瘤细胞核大深染。结论 M R可以准确、实时的评价BH1273209对鼠CT-26结肠癌移植瘤的作用效果。壁虎活性单体BH1273209具有和5-氟尿嘧啶相似的抗肿瘤作用。

Objective To explore the value of MRI in evaluating of antineoplasmic activity component in Gekko swinhonis named BH1273209 for mice CT-26 transplant tumors. Methods Established of mice CT-26 transplant tumors model, after a week, 30 mice with tumor uniform were choose and randomly divided into group A, group B and group C. Then were treated with intravenous injection of activity component 150 mg/kg,5-fluorouracil 20mg/kg and saline 10ml/kg for 14 days ,respectively. MR imaging (MRI) scan can be maked. Results Tumor were displayed fragmental long T1 signal and long T2 signal. The tumor DWI signal intensity of group A tumor tissue (594.2±119.23) and group B (594.4±95.54) were significantly lower than group C (997.1±112.62) (P<0.05) .Compared to the group C(0.0004±0.0002) mm2/s (P<0.01), The ADC value of group A tumor tissue (0.0009±0.00012) mm2/s and group B (0.00089±0.0001) mm2/s were significantlyr higher, and they were close. Conclusion The effect of BH1273209 on mice CT-26 transplant tumor was evaluated accurately, objectively by MR molecular imaging. BH1273209 with 5-fluorouracil might inhibit tumor growth analogously.
