目的：了解专项整治前后抗菌药物临床应用情况，比较临床干预后的效果。方法收集2010年7月至2013年7月专项整治前后病历各500份，门急诊处方50283份，Ⅰ类切口病历4381份。比较抗菌药物使用率、使用强度、病原学送检率，Ⅰ类切口预防用药率、用药时机、联合用药等情况，采用DDDs排序法分析临床用药合理性。结果经过用药干预后抗菌药物临床应用日趋规范和合理，其使用强度、使用率、Ⅰ类切口预防抗菌药物使用率等均下降明显，用药时机选择、疗程合理率及病原学送检率等均有所提高。结论通过专项整治临床不合理用药现象得到有效控制。
목적：료해전항정치전후항균약물림상응용정황，비교림상간예후적효과。방법수집2010년7월지2013년7월전항정치전후병력각500빈，문급진처방50283빈，Ⅰ류절구병력4381빈。비교항균약물사용솔、사용강도、병원학송검솔，Ⅰ류절구예방용약솔、용약시궤、연합용약등정황，채용DDDs배서법분석림상용약합이성。결과경과용약간예후항균약물림상응용일추규범화합리，기사용강도、사용솔、Ⅰ류절구예방항균약물사용솔등균하강명현，용약시궤선택、료정합리솔급병원학송검솔등균유소제고。결론통과전항정치림상불합리용약현상득도유효공제。
Objective: To study the clinical application of antibiotics before and after rectification and to compare the clinical effect after the intervention.Methods: Col ecting 500 medical records, outpatient and emergency prescription 50,283 copies,typeⅠincision records 4381 copies before and after the rectification of the2010.7-2013.7.Comparison of antimicrobial usage, intensity of use, pathogenic detection rate, case type Ⅰincision rates of preventive medication,medication timing, combination therapy, etc.,and analysis of the reasonableness of the use of clinical medicine method of DDDs.Results: After treatment intervention clinical use of antibiotics has become increasingly standardized and rational, the use of strength,usage, typeⅠincision preventive antibiotics use decreased significantly etc, medication timing, treatment and reasonable rates and pathogenic detection rate etc.improved. Conclusion:The clinical phenomenon of irrational drug has been effectively control ed by the rectification.
