目的：探讨口服糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法：2012年2月-2014年2月收治慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期患者100例，均在氧疗、祛痰、支气管扩张剂、抗生素治疗的基础上口服强的松30mg/日进行治疗，疗程7天。结果：PaCO2治疗前(69.43±4.13)mmHg，治疗后(41.87±4.45)mmHg；PaO2治疗前(51.06±6.01)mmHg，治疗后(76.72±5.92)mmHg。治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：口服糖皮质激素可以迅速提高慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的血氧饱和度，临床疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토구복당피질격소치료만성조새성폐병급성가중기적림상료효。방법：2012년2월-2014년2월수치만성조새성폐병급성가중기환자100례，균재양료、거담、지기관확장제、항생소치료적기출상구복강적송30mg/일진행치료，료정7천。결과：PaCO2치료전(69.43±4.13)mmHg，치료후(41.87±4.45)mmHg；PaO2치료전(51.06±6.01)mmHg，치료후(76.72±5.92)mmHg。치료전후비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：구복당피질격소가이신속제고만성조새성폐병급성가중기적혈양포화도，림상료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of oral corticosteroids in the treatment of acute exacerbation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:100 patients with acute exacerbation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from February 2012 to February 2014.These patients were treated by oral prednisone 30mg/day on the basis of oxygen therapy,expectorant,bronchodilators,antibiotics.The course of treatment was 7 days.Results:PaCO2 before treatment was 69.43± 4.13mmHg,and it was 41.87 ± 4.45mmHg after treatment.PaO2 before treatment was 51.06 ± 6.01mmHg,and it was 76.72 ± 5.92mmHg after treatment.There was a significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral corticosteroids can rapidly increase blood oxygen saturation of acute exacerbation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Its clinical curative effect is significant,and it is worthy of promotion.
