目的：探讨胎儿宫内窘迫阴道分娩的临床效果。方法：收治发生不同程度胎儿宫内缺氧孕妇152例，采用阴道分娩，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：所有胎儿均未发生窒息。结论：胎儿宫内窘迫阴道分娩的效果是显著的。

목적：탐토태인궁내군박음도분면적림상효과。방법：수치발생불동정도태인궁내결양잉부152례，채용음도분면，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：소유태인균미발생질식。결론：태인궁내군박음도분면적효과시현저적。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of vaginal delivery in fetal distress.Methods:152 cases of pregnant women with different degree of fetal hypoxia were selected.These patients were treated by vaginal delivery.The clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All fetuses were no suffocation.Conclusion:the clinical effect of vaginal delivery in fetal distress is significant.
