The water seepage and leakage of residential engin-eering belongs to the common problems of architectural engin-eering construction. Especial y the common toilet and exterior wal leakage has brought many problems to owner's life, and at the same time, which also adds a lot difficulties to repair the fault of contractor. Now the author briefly discusses the effec-tive measures of residential engineering anti-seep control so as to bet er solve the problem.
