建筑工程质量是人们关注的重点，也是确保施工单位获得经济效益，实现建筑物社会效益的关键，因此加强建筑工程施工质量控制就显得尤为重要。本文主要结合当前建筑工程监理现状分析了当前建筑工程监理发展中存在的问题以及对施工技术的管理，就笔者多年的工作经验，提出几点引导建筑工程监理与施工技术相互促进的策略。

The architectural engineering quality is the focus of people’s at ention, and also the key to ensure the construction unit to obtain economic benefits, implement social benefits of buildings, therefore strengthening building engineering const-ruction quality control is particularly important. This paper m-ainly with the current construction engineering supervision sta-tus analyzes the existing problems in the development of con-struction project supervision and management of construction technology, with years work experiences of the author, puts fo-rward some strategies guiding the mutual promotion of cons-truction supervision and construction technology.
