Construction project has big investment, long con-struction time, wide involving range, huge impact, and it is a comprehensive large engineering. No mat er from which side, it is self-evident importance to strengthen the construction pro-ject cost management, because its impact on a project’s succ-ess. The article begins from the present stage of our country’s construction project cost management, explains the necessity to strengthen the construction project cost management, and combined with the current situation of domestic construction project in our country, makes a corresponding strategy to solve problems.
