Based on the analysis of a Shanghai offshore wind farm survey process technology plan, this paper discusses in the soft soil area the main engineering geological problems of of shore wind farm survey technology plan needs to solve and consider, to provide strong guarantee for the scientific, econ-omic, comprehensive, reasonable exploration plan.
