In recent years, as prices continued to rise, the go-vernment departments strengthen the control of the real estate market, frequent introduce various regulatory policies. This pa-per briefly analyzes our country existing real estate control po-licy, analyzes the problems and regulatory policy contents, co-mbined with the future trend of real estate regulation, and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the regulation and control policy.
