Highway engineering set lement audit is on the pr-ocess of financial engineering on the set lement to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the mistakes to correct, to bet er reflect the financial situation, so as to control the engineering cost. In the actual work, reasonable and effective audit method can guarantee the work of the reasonable and scientific, and maximize the economic benefits of the project construction. This paper mainly discusses some problems which should be paid at ention to in highway engineering settlement audit, and play the availability of the cost of the audit.
