脑缺血再灌注损伤是目前急性脑梗死的研究热点,其机制较复杂,近年来不断有研究发现脑缺血再灌注损伤还与Na+-K+-ATP酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、一氧化氮合酶、过氧化物酶体增殖受体γ、Caspase-3、水通道蛋白4等有关。通过这些研究,可以尽早地给予干预措施,减轻脑梗死后再灌注损伤的程度,挽救更多的濒死脑组织,提高患者日常生活能力。

Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is a research hotspot of acute cerebral infarction at present,and its mechanism is complex.In recent years,the study found that cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury has relationship with Na +-K +-ATP enzyme, glutathione peroxidase,nitric oxide synthas,peroxisome proliferators activated receptor gamma,Caspase-3,aquapon-4 and so on. Through this research,we can give intervention measures as soon as possible,reduce the degree of reperfusion injury after cerebral infarction,save more brain death,improve the ability of daily life of the patients.
