本文介绍了采用气相色谱法测定人工合成煤气中氧含量的分析方法,采用TDX-01(50~80目)色谱柱,外标法定量,测定氧含量。结果表明,本方法线性相关系数0.9998,检出限0.01%,平均回收率96.2%。比目前普遍采用的奥式气体吸收法、色谱法(两阀两柱),精密度高。该方法快速、简便,适合现场测定人工合成煤气中的氧含量。

This paper introduces the gas chromatography method for analyzing the oxygen content in synthetic gas. A TDX-01 (50~80mesh) was used.The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.The results show that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the determination limit was 0.01% and the average recovery was 96.2%.The precision is higher than austenite gas absorption and chromatography (two valve two columns). The method is rapid and simple. Therefore, it is suitable for the determination of the oxygen content in field measurement.
