Electromagnetic stirring technology has been widely used in metallurgical industry, which promotes the development of metallurgical industry. This article introduced five different types of electromagnetic stirring technology. Furthermore, the paper also explained the current academic achievements on mixing technology in continuous casting electromagnetic, and briefly expounds the future direction of development of the metallurgical industry.
