针对目前交通枢纽能耗大的现状,笔者课题组对京沪、京广沿线已建成的中小型城市交通枢纽进行实地调研。本文从空间集约化设计、建筑形体设计、围护结构遮阳设计、屋顶采光设计、室内吊顶空间以及新材料利用等方面分析城市交通枢纽能耗大的原因,并提出了节能措施,并基于BIM技术,采用GBS建筑能耗模拟软件,对设计方案进行分析、对比和优化。
針對目前交通樞紐能耗大的現狀,筆者課題組對京滬、京廣沿線已建成的中小型城市交通樞紐進行實地調研。本文從空間集約化設計、建築形體設計、圍護結構遮暘設計、屋頂採光設計、室內弔頂空間以及新材料利用等方麵分析城市交通樞紐能耗大的原因,併提齣瞭節能措施,併基于BIM技術,採用GBS建築能耗模擬軟件,對設計方案進行分析、對比和優化。

According to the present situation of high energy consumption for urban comprehensive transport hub, the project team makes a research on the comprehensive transport hub established in the small and medium-sized cities. This article makes a discussion on the main factors of high energy consumption and proposes the energy saving measures on the aspects of intensive space design, building mass design, shading design of maintenance structure, lighting design of the roof, use of solar panels and so on. Based on BIM technology, the design schemes can be analyzed, compared and optimized by using the Vasari and GBS building energy simulation software.
