Aiming at machining deformation of Casting Aluminum cupulated specimen, through the analysis of structuring and process characteristics, manufacture technology and improvement were put forward. Rationality and feasibility of technology was proved in manufacture. The purpose was improving precision, saving cost and shortening manufacture periods by carrying out rationality technology.
