目的：探讨综合护理干预应用在老年股骨近端骨折患者中的护理效果及应用价值。方法选择在该院治疗的老年股骨近端骨折患者70例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组35例，对照组采用骨科常规护理，观察组采用综合护理干预，观察两组护理情况。结果观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，患者住院时间、护理满意度和健康教育知晓情况均好于对照组，经统计学分析比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对老年股骨近端骨折患者实施综合护理干预可以减少术后并发症发生，缩短住院时间，提高患者健康教育知晓程度及护理满意度，值得在临床上大力推广使用。
목적：탐토종합호리간예응용재노년고골근단골절환자중적호리효과급응용개치。방법선택재해원치료적노년고골근단골절환자70례작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조35례，대조조채용골과상규호리，관찰조채용종합호리간예，관찰량조호리정황。결과관찰조환자병발증발생솔저우대조조，환자주원시간、호리만의도화건강교육지효정황균호우대조조，경통계학분석비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대노년고골근단골절환자실시종합호리간예가이감소술후병발증발생，축단주원시간，제고환자건강교육지효정도급호리만의도，치득재림상상대력추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect and value of comprehensive nursing intervention applied to elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures. Methods 70 cases of elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures were selected as the sub-jects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each. The control group was treated with the conventional orthopedic nursing, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing situations of these two groups were observed. Results The incidence of complications of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the patients in the control group, the hospitalization time, satisfaction with care and health education awareness were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant by statistical analysis and com-parison (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with proximal femoral fractures can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the length of stay, improve the health education awareness and nursing satis-faction degree, which is worthy of energetic promotion in clinical practice.
