目的：比较不同护理方式对慢性肾功能衰竭患者情绪的影响。方法选择该院收治的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者，随机均分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（综合护理）。使用SDS、SAS和SCL-90评分对两组患者的情绪状况进行评定。结果观察组患者SDS和SAS评分均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；除“敌意”和“恐怖”两项外，观察组SCL-90评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可显著改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的焦虑和抑郁等不良情绪，有利于提高治疗效果和生存质量。
목적：비교불동호리방식대만성신공능쇠갈환자정서적영향。방법선택해원수치적60례만성신공능쇠갈환자，수궤균분위대조조（상규호리）화관찰조（종합호리）。사용SDS、SAS화SCL-90평분대량조환자적정서상황진행평정。결과관찰조환자SDS화SAS평분균우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；제“활의”화“공포”량항외，관찰조SCL-90평분균현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합호리가현저개선만성신공능쇠갈환자적초필화억욱등불량정서，유리우제고치료효과화생존질량。
Objective To compare the effect of different care approaches on the mood of patients with chronic renal failure. Meth-ods 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (integrated nursing). SDS, SAS and SCL-90 scores were used to evaluate the emotional status of the patients. Results The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Except"hostility"and"terror"these two items, the SCL-90 score of the observa-tion group was much higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated care can significantly improve the anx-iety, depression and other negative emotional status of the patients with chronic renal failure. It helps improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
