目的：研究磺达肝癸钠对急性冠脉综合征患者血液流变学的影响。方法将2011年1月—2012年12月期间该院收治的急性冠脉综合征患者纳入研究，随机分为给予常规治疗的对照组和给予常规治疗联合磺达肝癸钠治疗的观察组，采用血液流变学检测仪检测血液流变学指标。结果观察组红细胞聚集指数（1.4±0.2） vs （1.9±0.3）、毛细血管血浆黏度（1.2±0.1） vs （1.5±0.2）、全血黏度、全血还原黏度均低于对照。结论磺达肝癸钠有助于持久降低血粘度、改善血液流变学指标，具有积极的临床价值。

Objective To study the effect of fondaparinux on hemorheology in treating acute coronary syndrome. Methods The a-cute coronary syndrome patients admitted in our hospital from January, 2011 to December, 2012 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given the conventional treatment, while the observation group was given the conventional treatment combined with fondaparinux. The hemorheology indexes were detected by hemorheological instrument. Results The red cell assembling index(1.4±0.2 vs 1.9±0.3), blood capillary plasma viscosity(1.2± 0.1 vs 1.5±0.2), whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Fondaparinux has positive clinical value for it can reduce blood viscosity and improve the hemorheology indexes.
