目的：对影响妊娠、分娩和产褥期患者住院费用的因素进行探讨，为今后合理制定付费制度提供实证依据。方法采用统计描述、非参数统计、秩和检验和多元线性回归等方法，对12788例妊娠、分娩和产褥期患者住院费用负担情况及影响因素进行探讨。结果结果显示患者平均住院费用7779.96元，其中诊查费2326.62元，诊查费和西药费之和超过住院总费用的50%。结论高龄产妇剖宫率高，平均住院费用也相应较高。转科、抢救、感染、并发症与合并症对住院费用有显著贡献。

목적：대영향임신、분면화산욕기환자주원비용적인소진행탐토，위금후합리제정부비제도제공실증의거。방법채용통계묘술、비삼수통계、질화검험화다원선성회귀등방법，대12788례임신、분면화산욕기환자주원비용부담정황급영향인소진행탐토。결과결과현시환자평균주원비용7779.96원，기중진사비2326.62원，진사비화서약비지화초과주원총비용적50%。결론고령산부부궁솔고，평균주원비용야상응교고。전과、창구、감염、병발증여합병증대주원비용유현저공헌。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of hospital costs of pregnancy ,childbirth and puerperium pa-tients,in order to provide empirical research for establishing reasonable payment system in the future. Methods Statistical de-scription,nonparametric statistics,rank-sum test,multivariate linear regression(MLR) and so on were adopted to dicuss the hos-pitalization expense and influencing factors of 12 788 patients during pregnancy ,childbirth and the puerperium. Results The re-sults showed that the average hospital cost was 7 779.96 yuan ,including the inspecting fee of 2 326.62 yuan ,and the cost of in-specting and Western medicine accounted for more than 50%of the total hospitalization costs. Conclusion The cesarean deliv-ery rate is high among the elderly parturient women,and the average hospitalization cost is also high. Transferring,rescue,infec-tions,and complications all make significant contributions to the hospitalization costs.
