目的：观察充气式温毯机防止经皮肾镜取石术中低体温（肛温低于35.5℃）的临床护理效果。方法将2012年8月至2013年6月收治的62例经皮肾镜取石术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各31例。观察组患者术中采用充气式温毯机进行保温，对照组患者采用一般保温措施。观察两组患者手术开始时、置入肾镜时、手术结束时、麻醉苏醒时的肛温，以及术中寒战、低体温发生情况。结果两组患者手术开始时、置入肾镜时的肛温比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；手术结束时、麻醉苏醒时的肛温比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组术中寒战、低体温发生率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论术中使用充气式温毯机能够维持经皮肾镜手术患者术中的正常体温，降低寒战和低体发生率。
목적：관찰충기식온담궤방지경피신경취석술중저체온（항온저우35.5℃）적림상호리효과。방법장2012년8월지2013년6월수치적62례경피신경취석술환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각31례。관찰조환자술중채용충기식온담궤진행보온，대조조환자채용일반보온조시。관찰량조환자수술개시시、치입신경시、수술결속시、마취소성시적항온，이급술중한전、저체온발생정황。결과량조환자수술개시시、치입신경시적항온비교，차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；수술결속시、마취소성시적항온비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。량조술중한전、저체온발생솔비교，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론술중사용충기식온담궤능구유지경피신경수술환자술중적정상체온，강저한전화저체발생솔。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of forced-air warming blanket for prevention of hypothermia (anal temperature<35.5℃)during percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL). Methods A total of 62 patients with PCNL,who were re-ceived from August 2012 to June 2013 ,were randomized into observation group and control group ,31 cases in each group. The observation group adopted forced-air warming blanket for heat preservation,and the control group employed general insulation measure. The anal temperature before operation,putting in nephroscope,after operation and recovery from anesthesia,shivers during operation and incidence of hypothermia were observed. Results The difference between the two groups on anal tempera-ture before operation and putting in nephroscope had no statistical significance (P>0.05);the difference on anal temperature after operation and recovery from anesthesia between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05);and the incidences of shiver and hypothermia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ap-plication of forced-air warming blanket can maintain normal temperature ,reduce the incidences of shiver and hypothermia of the patients with PCNL.
