目的：探讨胆胰管成像（MRCP）在胆囊切除术后综合征中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析该院2008年3月至2013年3月收治的80例胆囊切除术后综合征患者的B超、CT及磁共振成像资料，对其应用价值进行分析。结果MRCP在胆管结石、胆囊窝积液、胆道损伤特别是在胆瘘中具有明显优势，其诊断价值明显优于B超及CT。结论MRCP在胆囊切除术后综合征中定位和定性诊断方面具有明显优势。
目的：探討膽胰管成像（MRCP）在膽囊切除術後綜閤徵中的應用價值。方法迴顧性分析該院2008年3月至2013年3月收治的80例膽囊切除術後綜閤徵患者的B超、CT及磁共振成像資料，對其應用價值進行分析。結果MRCP在膽管結石、膽囊窩積液、膽道損傷特彆是在膽瘺中具有明顯優勢，其診斷價值明顯優于B超及CT。結論MRCP在膽囊切除術後綜閤徵中定位和定性診斷方麵具有明顯優勢。
목적：탐토담이관성상（MRCP）재담낭절제술후종합정중적응용개치。방법회고성분석해원2008년3월지2013년3월수치적80례담낭절제술후종합정환자적B초、CT급자공진성상자료，대기응용개치진행분석。결과MRCP재담관결석、담낭와적액、담도손상특별시재담루중구유명현우세，기진단개치명현우우B초급CT。결론MRCP재담낭절제술후종합정중정위화정성진단방면구유명현우세。
Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in the postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on materials of B ultrasound ,CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of 80 patients with postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy from March 2008 to March 2013 in the hospital to analyze the application value. Results MRCP had obvious advantages in the calculus of bile duct ,gall-bladder fossa fluid and bile duct injury,especially in biliary fistula,the diagnostic value of MRCP was significantly superior to that of B ultrasound and CT prominently. Conclusion MRCP has distinct advantage in location and qualitative diagnosis of postoper-ative syndrome of cholecystectomy.
