Project cost management includes two kinds of ma-nagements:first is the construction project investment cost ma-nagement;second is the engineering cost management. The en-gineering cost management determines the investment benefit of construction project, therefore how to reasonably determine the project cost, control the project cost, manage the project c-ost, and ensure to achieve the goals of project investment con-trol are the focus of people’s inquiry.
