随着近年来炼焦行业的不断发展,对焦炭质量要求的不断提高,而焦化厂又面临着优质、单一的炼焦煤资源日益紧缺的形势。本文通过40kg小焦炉配返洗中煤进行配煤实验分析,提出了返洗中煤在顶装焦炉中应用是可行的,同时通过大量试验也找出了返洗中煤在配煤中合理的配量,来优化配煤结构。从而缓解了优质炼焦煤紧张的形势,进而降低了配煤成本,提高了企业经济效益。
