随着我国社会经济快速发展，建筑行业迎来新的机遇与挑战。笔者结合实际经验对工程项目管理的三要素进行探析，通过对工程进度、工程质量、工程成本的管理与控制的重点把控从而对项目管理的措施进行阐述，实现管理的最终目的。

With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the construction industry ushers new opportunities and chal enges. The author combined with actual experiences carries on the analysis on the three elements of project mana-gement, through the control of the management and control of project schedule, engineering quality, engineering cost discu-sses project management measures, to realize the ultimate goal of management.
