The property and principle of Scouring and bleaching agent JL were analysed. The effect of Scouring and bleaching produced on Modal/cotton blended towel fabric was discussed. The optimum process of Scouring and bleaching was determined. The result shows that the Modal/cotton fabric Scoured and bleached with this method has better whiteness, less loss, and even coloration. The prob- lems , existed in scouring and bleaching were analysed to find out the reason and the solution measures were proposed.
