随着旅游消费模式的根本转变,强调文化和人本体验、追求经济性和可持续性已成为当代中国度假型酒店设计面临的新课题。建筑现象学理论中有关场所和身体性的研究成果为度假型酒店设计提供了一个新的突破思路。本文以悦榕庄酒店设计为例,从场所营造、时空体验、建筑七感和道德责任四个方面对其进行建筑现象学的解读,并在此基础上提出一种平衡经济、人本、文化、生态等多元因素的度假型酒店设计策略和方法。

With the fundamental change of tourism consumption model, the design of resort hotel in China has to face many new challenges. Emphasis should be put on the cultural and humanistic experiences in thedesign so as to make the buildings more economic and sustainable. In architectural pbenomenology, the research resultson Genius Loci and the body have profound influence on thedesign of resort hotel. This article makes an analysis on the design of resort hotel from the perspectives of architecture phenomenology including building Genius loci. space-time experience, Seven Senses of architecture, and moral responsibility. Taking Banyan Tree resort hotel as an example, it puts forward a design strategy and method that balancesthe economy, humanism, culture, and ecology in resorts hotels.
